Q) What languages are available for translation?

A) We translate documents in the following languages:

Q) How long does the whole process take?
A) The process depends on the length of the document. We offer three options based on pricing:

        - 3 days turnaround: $80

        - 7 days turnaround: $40

        - 12 days turnaround: $35

Please note: If your document is more than 5 pages, we may have to revised our estimated time of delivery based on how many staff translators we have on hand.

Q) How does pricing work?
A) One page is equivalent to 250 words. For example, if your document is 1 page with 1000 words, you will be charged for four pages. Please note that if you cancel the order after it has been placed and the translator has already started on the translation, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $15.

Please note: We also have a flat $5 shipping fee that will be added to your total if you do not pick it up from our office. 

For non standard requests such as dissertations or non legal document translations, please email or call us for a price quote. Prices may vary based on the difficulty of the translation as well as volume. We have done experience translating websites, iPhone applications, and much more.

We require a 50% deposit for large orders.

Q) How does the 100% Money Back Guarantee work?
A) We are so confident that our translations will be accepted by the USCIS or any other agency/university that we will refund 100% of your money if our translation is rejected (proof from agency/university must be provided)
