Bulk Discounts: Translations totaling 20+ pages or 20+ hours (for multimedia translations) will receive a discount based on difficulty and type of translation. To get a price quote, contact us or submit a request form.
Cancellation: If you cancel your order after the translator has already started on the translation, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $15. Once your translation reaches the verification step, it is no longer eligible for a full or partial refund.

Q: What languages are available for translation?
We currently translate documents in the following languages: Chinese, Spanish, French, Arabic, Portuguese, Italian, German, Korean, Czech, Hebrew, Croatian, Bosnian, Serbian, Albanian, Polish, Swahili, and Latin.
Q: How long does the whole process take?
We guarantee a 7-day turnaround for translations of 5 pages or fewer.
If your document is more than 5 pages, we may have to revise our estimated time of delivery based on how many staff translators we have on hand. Please email us if you have any questions or concerns.
Q: How does the 100% Money Back Guarantee work?
We are so confident that our translations will be accepted by the USCIS or any other agency/university that we will refund 100% of your money if our translation is rejected. Documented proof from agency/university must be provided for a refund.
