Our Process

1. Placing the order

Submit your order here and pay online. For non-standard orders (websites, apps, transcriptions etc), simply email us at translations@hsa.net and we will assist you in placing your order. After you pay online, you can upload the document(s) at https://translations.hsa.net/pages/upload-files or drop it off at our office on the second floor at 67 Mt. Auburn St, Cambridge, MA from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday. Customers who reside in Boston, MA can best reach our offices in Cambridge by taking the Red Line on the T to Harvard Square.

2. Translation

Our translators prepare a native translation.

3. Verification

We email you a non-certified copy of your translation to verify that your translation is the way you want it. 

4. Certification

We certify and notarize the documents at our Cambridge, MA office. The documents are 100% guaranteed to be accepted by the USCIS.

5. Delivery

We will ship your certified documents from our Cambridge, MA office to the address you provide in your order (email upon request). The charges are $5 for domestic shipping and $10 for international shipping. We frequently ship translations to our customers in Boston, MA for their convenience. Alternatively, you can pick up your translation at our Cambridge office. We will email you when your translation is ready for pickup.
